Settings → Company is where you set the details that describe your business - most importantly the name that appears on every pass you issue.
Company name
Your company name is your brand on the pass. It's the organisation name a customer sees on their wallet pass, and it's the label used across your dashboard.
Getting it right matters because it's public. It's the name sitting on a phone in someone's pocket, so treat it the way you'd treat the sign above your door - the trading name people recognise, not a legal entity name they won't.
Changing it applies to new passes straight away, and refreshes issued passes on their next update. So a rename does eventually reach passes already in people's wallets, but on the wallet's own schedule rather than instantly.
If you want a name change out to existing passes immediately rather than at the next natural update, send a notification or re-save the affected passes - either one prompts the wallet to refresh. See Pass templates - the basics.
Business category
Set your business category to tell PocketPass what kind of business you run - a cafe, a gym, a retailer, an event organiser, and so on.
This isn't cosmetic. The category helps tailor pass designs to your industry and sharpens the field suggestions you get from Design with AI, so the starting point you're handed already looks like something a business like yours would use rather than a generic blank.
Website
Add your website so your public address lives alongside the rest of your business details. It's a small thing, but it keeps your account details complete and gives your business a real-world anchor.
Who can change these
Company settings are account-wide, not per person. A change here is seen by everyone on the account and, in the case of the company name, by your customers. Because of that reach, treat edits here as a deliberate act rather than a quick tweak.
