Settings → Account shows who you are on this account and lets you change your password.
What's shown
Your email - the address you sign in with, and where password resets go.
Your role on the currently selected account - admin or viewer. See Team members and roles.
If you belong to more than one account, the role shown is for the one you have selected. Your role can differ between accounts. See Working across multiple accounts.
Changing your password
- Open Settings → Account.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter a new one - at least 8 characters.
- Save.
Your current password is required, not as an obstacle but as a genuine protection: it means somebody who finds your screen unlocked still can't take the account away from you.
Use a password manager and let it generate something long. A wallet-pass account can message every customer you have, which makes it worth more to an attacker than most people assume.
Forgotten password
Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page. You'll get an email with a reset link.
If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check spam, and confirm you used the address you actually signed up with.
Signing out
Sign out from the menu at the bottom of the sidebar. Worth doing on any shared machine.
What isn't here
The account name shown on your passes comes from the account itself rather than this page. If it needs changing, contact us - and note that it appears on issued passes, so a change is customer-visible.
